Why do I feel anxious when my phone rings unexpectedly?

I panic at the sight of my phone ringing. I fear that it might be bad news. It's an inner thought that doesn't go away. I talk normally, but hearing my phone ring makes me have these thoughts. Could you please tell me why this is happening?
