Why do I feel exhausted after socializing?

Place: Mumbai, India.

After I have my office events, I feel really emotionally drained. And I feel like I can't go anywhere after work, and I just lay down on my bed.

Could this be because I am observing other people's aura? Is there any cleansing method for this?
