Why do I feel lighter after walking barefoot on grass?

So I have this habit of taking long walks, I love walking, especially at park or nature trails or somewhere where that is greenery, and I always noticed that when I walk barefoot on some green grass, like it feels really good like all my tiredness has just flown away just by touching on their grass and walking on the grass and feeling the grass under my food. Is this a kind of aura balancing technique?

Like, I don't know, I have been doing it unknowingly for many years so I want to know more about it. Because it feels really good and I have been doing it regularly for a few years, but if I don't get time, I do it quite often.
