Why do I feel mentally lighter after cleaning my room—does that count as aura clearing?

So, you know, when I feel very disturbed at times, I like to organize my place and when I do that, all that noise inside my head just clears up and it feels peaceful. Idk if it can be called as aura clearing or not... Am I doing it unknowingly?
