Why do I get anxious after checking social media?

So I have this habit of opening Instagram at least once a day or even quite a few times a day so, whenever I open Instagram I get so self conscious I get so low and she is anything in adequate like everyone and Instagram has a perfect body, has a perfect face even a perfect goal.

I feel like I don't have anything so I feel like this is something astrological or is there some other things that is happening to me that is not astrological?
