Why do I wake up every morning with a heavy chest and restless thoughts?

So recently, for a few days ago, I am working with this feeling of uneasiness, like a very heavy feeling on my chest that tells me that I have done something wrong.

But it only happens in the morning, not later in the day but only when I wake up in the morning. There are even thoughts that if I open my phone there will be something wrong or something bad if I open my phone.

I was thinking that there is an issue in my birth chart that shows that tendency of having the morning sir emotional that makes it impossible to be at ease.
