Why does my energy drop after helping someone emotionally?

When I go on, give an emotional support to other. Because I feel I got my job as psychologist, but in later, I feel completely empty is being a psychologist, not an appropriate job for me.

Because I cannot actually get emotional support to others without feeling this empty, my body feels heavy like I have given away too much of my energy to others.

Is it my aura leaking, I know it sounds funny, but I have heard about this Aura leaking thing… Would detoxing help restore my own frequency?
