Why does my heart race before I even start working or studying?

So whenever I am doing even a simple task like reading my notes of my school my heart starts finding like I am feeling like I am not doing enough like everyone is going to get far from me and succeed in life and not me.

I don't know why I get this panic before I even start, even before exams I get this panic like I read everything but there is something which tells me that I am not prepared enough.

Is this some kind of planetary tension that I am having right now which makes me feel that I am not prepared now? Is it my zodiac sign or are there any types of astrological remedies that would help me to relieve this?
