Why is aura chakra cleansing not helping me?

I have tried everything I've tried meditation. I have tried aura cleansing. I have tried aura Chakra cleansing and nothing seems to work. Nothing seems to let go of my negative thoughts and this surrounding negative energy. I cannot feel at ease at all. Why it is not working for me, is it? Something wrong with what I am doing.I heard it works for everyone, but why not me.
